Welcome to Ziggy!

We’re excited to share Ziggy with you and your family. Right now, the app only includes the core functionality of Chores and Rewards, but over the next few weeks we’ll keep improving it until it becomes an app you love 😍.

Here’s what to expect during this second testing phase that we call Wave 2:

📆 Timeline

Onboarding will take place from April 6th to April 17th.

Wave 2 will officially run for 6 weeks, from April 20th to May 29th.

🤔 What to expect each week

Onboarding weeks: Ramp-up. This is the time to tackle setup and bug fixes.

Week 1: Polish. We’ll focus on improvements to the existing features based on your early use.

Weeks 2-6: New weekly features! Every Monday, we’ll release the most requested feature from the previous week.

📞 Feedback and check-ins

You can reach us anytime via WhatsApp for questions, issues, or ideas. We’ll also schedule three super-quick 10-minute check-in calls with each family:

Week 2: First call (initial impressions)

Week 4: Second call (what’s missing/what to improve)

Week 6: Third and last call (one-month experience and next steps)
